Riverside Brass manages its business and manufacturing processes with a dynamic, fully documented quality management system, developed using the framework of the ISO 9000:2000 International Quality Standard. Our comprehensive quality system is structured to achieve high levels of performance in customer satisfaction and continual improvement.

Riverside Brass has been certified to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard by AQSR International for the manufacture and assembly of non-ferrous brass and bronze castings.

All employees are uniformly committed to the systematic approach to quality that is emphasized throughout every phase of the manufacturing process. For customers with advanced product approval requirements, we offer a fully developed PPAP program including specialized measuring and testing services.

Our fully equipped in-house metal testing services include metal analysis for chemistry using optical emission spectrometers. Physical properties are tested utilizing tensile and Brinnell test equipment, supported with 3D microscopic analysis capabilities. From product and tooling inception, through to casting production and on-time delivery, the Riverside Brass Team is dedicated to ensuring our customers receive a high quality product and superior customer service.
