Key Responsibilities:
•    Target & qualify prospects in order to generate leads.
•    Uncover needs and generate interest of our offerings using purchased databases, tradeshow lists, and telephone cold calling.
•    Qualify all leads based on specific guidelines and criteria.
•    Deliver qualified opportunities with defined and timely needs to the sale representatives to follow-up and close.
•    Book and arrange tradeshows.
•    Assist in creating marketing material.

Requirements:
•    The ability to build professional relationships with prospects via telephone
•    A commitment to follow and work within the processes; guidelines; systems and CRM that governs the entire sales organization.
•    The ability to ask the “tough” questions about needs, decision making, timing and budget; a balance of questions (probing) and listening skills. 
•    The ideal candidate will be task focused and results oriented.
•    Patience and perseverance – guiding the prospect through the sales cycle.
•    Motivation and satisfaction derived from not only the result, but the journey as well.
•    French speaking an asset.
•    Familiarity or proficiency with using CRM databases.
